NRH Adds Water Bill Payment Sites

As an added convenience, North Richland Hills water customers can now pay their water bills in person at nearly 20 Fidelity Express pay stations located throughout North Richland Hills and neighboring communities. This includes Kroger stores in North Richland Hills, Keller, Hurst and Haltom City, along with several area convenience stores.

Fidelity Express pay stations accept cash, check or money orders and offer extended hours of operation. There is a $1.50 service charge per transaction, which is split between the retailer and Fidelity Express.

In addition to these new payment locations, North Richland Hills customers continue to have the option of paying their water bills online, by telephone, by mail, through bank drafting, in person at City Hall or at the drive through window at City Hall.
